记得第一次听到corinne bailey rae的歌就是这首《like a star》。

庸懒的声音透出几分天真，给人清新自然的感觉。于是，就一直听下来了。

我曾经查过她的资料，只记得她是英国人，出生在Leeds。别的就不记得了。

所以很抱歉，对于她的信息不能给予更多的介绍。

１．她２６岁，来自于英国利兹（Leeds）,是家中的长女，父亲是西印度人，母亲为英国约克郡人．
２．在青少年时期，她最喜欢的乐队是Led Zeppelin.她曾是一个独立摇滚乐队Helen的主唱兼吉他手．大学时期曾在一家爵士酒吧担任乐队主唱．
３．Corinne很早就开始学习古典小提琴，在大学期间主修英国文学，就像我们上中文系，但我是英语系的，哈哈．
４．她的限量版EP<Like a star>在２００５年１１月的时候就进入英国榜TOP40．
５．她的第一首单曲<put your records on>由EMI唱片于２００６年２月２０日发行，使其在全欧洲受到关注，而其首张同名专辑<Corinne Bailey Rae>也已在２月２７日发行．
６．她最近在和Craig David的制作人 Mark Hill(Artful Dodger)一起创作单曲<Young and foolish>．
